1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Reign Research are strictly for lawful in-vitro laboratory and research purposes only. Our products are not for human or animal consumption, are not food, drugs, or medical devices, and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified research professional purchasing these materials solely for legitimate scientific research conducted in a properly equipped laboratory setting, in full compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

3. Eligibility

To purchase from Reign Research, you must:

• Be a qualified, properly trained research or laboratory professional
• Have a thorough understanding of the applicable laws governing the purchase and handling of research chemicals in your jurisdiction
• Accept full responsibility for proper storage, handling, and lawful disposal of all purchased materials

By completing a purchase, you certify that you meet all of the above requirements. Reign Research reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

4. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Reign Research reserves the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and discontinue products at any time. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order; we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse or fraud.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, and import regulations associated with your order. International orders become final once handed to the carrier. Reign Research is not responsible for delays, seizures, or losses caused by customs authorities.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the following circumstances:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The wrong item was shipped

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved returns must be unopened, in original packaging, and shipped at the buyer's expense. Reign Research will not issue refunds for orders refused or seized by customs.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Reign Research support and allowing a reasonable time to resolve the issue will be treated as fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts that engage in fraudulent chargebacks and to pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means.

7. Restricted Use

Products purchased from Reign Research may only be used for internal research purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use any products purchased from us for commercial manufacturing, compounding, or any purpose other than legitimate scientific research. No patent or intellectual property licenses are granted by any sale.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reign Research, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, handling, storage, or use of our products. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the purchase price of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

All products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or accuracy of product descriptions beyond what is stated in our certificates of analysis.
