Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order modifications (address changes, product changes) are only possible before an order has been dispatched — typically within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at support@reignresearchpeptides.com if you need to make a change.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Reign Research is not responsible for carrier delays.

3. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders are final once handed to the carrier. Estimated transit time is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

The customer is solely responsible for:

• All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees
• Ensuring the product is legal to import in their country
• Any delays caused by customs inspection

Reign Research will not issue refunds for orders delayed, seized, or refused by customs authorities. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of our products in your jurisdiction before ordering.

4. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the box. Packing slips and labels contain only the information required for shipping.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

All shipments are fully insured. If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier:

• Contact us within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery timestamp (for damage) or within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages)
• Provide clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected products (for damage claims)
• Email documentation to support@reignresearchpeptides.com

Upon verification, we will arrange priority reshipment at no additional cost. If a tracking number shows no movement for more than 72 hours, contact us and we will initiate a carrier investigation.

6. Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Reign Research is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you and may offer reshipment at your expense.
