Refund & Return Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our research-grade products, all sales are final. Once payment is processed, orders cannot be cancelled, and products cannot be returned for a refund except in the limited circumstances described below.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed your order and agree to these terms. Each order is photographed, weighed, and sealed prior to dispatch as part of our quality assurance process.

2. Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will consider a replacement or store credit (at our discretion) in the following situations:

• Your order arrived visibly damaged during shipping
• You received the wrong product
• A product fails to meet its stated purity specification (supported by independent third-party lab verification)

To submit a claim, you must:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery timestamp
2. Provide clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the affected product(s)
3. Email your claim with photos to support@reignresearchpeptides.com

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photographic evidence may not be honored. Reign Research reserves the right to approve or deny claims at its sole discretion. Approved claims will receive a one-time reshipment or store credit — monetary refunds are not issued.

3. Return Eligibility

In the rare event a return is approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Item must be unopened in its original sealed packaging with all seals intact
• Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error
• We strongly recommend using tracked shipping — we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit

Opened products are ineligible for return under any circumstances due to the sensitive nature of research-grade materials and the inability to recertify chain of custody.

4. International Orders

International orders are final once handed to the carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders delayed, held, seized, or refused by customs authorities. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the legality of importing our products into their country before ordering.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Reign Research support and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these terms and may constitute fraud. We document and contest all unjustified chargebacks with full order and shipping documentation provided to the payment processor.

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from purchasing on our Site and may be subject to legal action to recover funds and associated costs.

6. Pre-Orders

Payment for pre-order items is captured at the time of purchase. Estimated availability dates are not guaranteed. Pre-orders may be cancelled before the item ships by contacting support; once shipped, pre-orders are subject to the same final-sale policy as all other orders.
